Shipping policy

The Seller is Kustom 3D Prototyping and the purchaser is you, the customer.

Delivery

All parts are made to order, which means that some waiting time may occur. Order status will be communicated via email.

Outside of Norway
Products / parts to be shipped outside Norway will be shipped with Posten / Bring (Norwegian postal service). The package will be delivered to the shipping company no later then the day after production of the part(s).

Tax
Depending on which country you live in, you may have to pay import duties to either the government or the shipping company.

Not able to deliver
The customer must cover new shipping costs themselves, if the customer has provided incorrect information (this includes phone number and e-mail adress), either intentionally or unintentionally, which causes the shipment to be returned to the seller. This also applies if the shipping company cannot find a clearly marked mailbox at the address given by the customer, or if the customer has not picked up the shipment at the collection warehouse or the shipping company's delivery point within the deadline.

Norge
Varer som blir sendt i Norge vil blir levert på Posten / Bring senest dagen etter produksjon / pakking. Sending som brev og pakke med sporing er tilgjengelig i utsjekking.

Avvik ved utlevering
Kunden må selv dekke nye forsendelseskostnader, hvis kunden har oppgitt feilaktive opplysninger, enten med eller uten hensikt, som gjør at forsendelsen returneres til selger. Dette gjelder også hvis fraktselskapet ikke finner tydelig merket postkasse på adressen oppgitt av kunden, eller at kunden ikke har hentet forsendelsen på hentelager eller fraktselskapets utleveringssted innen fristen.
